Is 50 KB enough for a photo?
Yes for a passport style picture at a few hundred pixels wide. A large photo needs to be resized as well, which the tool does automatically.
Can I compress a PNG signature?
Yes. PNG uses palette reduction to reach a small size. JPG is smaller for photographs.
